Join PORC & CORC for a hike at beautiful Silver Falls State Park. If you’ve never been, you’re in for a treat and will soon realize Oregon’s largest State Park is a real gem. We will meet at 10am in the South Falls day-use parking lot by the Rivian Waypoint Chargers. After gathering the crew and exchanging pleasantries, we will embark on the 4.8mi Trail of Ten Falls Short Loop. With 910ft of elevation gain, the trail is rated as moderate and will take roughly 2hrs and 20mins. The scenery is gorgeous and the waterfalls are stunning. After our hike, we’ll drive a short distance to Smith Creek Village where we’ll enjoy lunch outdoors at Big Leaf Coffeehouse & Grill.
