This is a PAY in advance event in order to secure the space. Current cost is set at $400p/p which covers suite access and catering. We have secured a sponsor to help bring down the costs some and would love for other sponsors to possibly step in. Should more sponsors step forward, we will adjust the price accordingly. We will have a banner created specific for the event displaying all who sponsor and can provide a space for any literature they may want distributed.
